George Middlebrooks, age 63, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, June 28, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born  October 5, 1956.

Gathering is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Saturday, July 11, 2020 at the Walker Funeral Home-McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan St., Cincinnati (45206).  The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm.
