Gary L. Harper, age 43, passed away on Sunday, June 19, 2016 in Blue Ash, Ohio. He was born April 26, 1973, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, July 1, 2016, at the Second Baptist Church - West College Hill, 6225 Betts Avenue, Cincinnati (45224). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
