Frank N. Mercer, age 78, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born February 25, 1937 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, March 5, 2015, at the Walker - Reading Road Chapel , 3939 Reading Road , Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation and will begin at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery. You may express online condolences at www.HerbWalker.com.
