Frank Blue Jr., age 79, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 28, 2025. He was born on April 3, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, to the late Frank Sr. and Mildred Blue.

Frank was preceded in death by his sister, Lynette Johnson; brother, Donald Blue; his chosen daughters, Fanta McMullen and Yvette Forte; and his grandson, Ravae Blue.

He proudly retired from the City of Cincinnati Sanitation Division after many years of service. After retirement, Frank began driving motor coach buses for Washington Limousine and Executive Charter. Beyond his work, Frank was well known for his love of travel, community, and friendship. He was a proud member Ladies and Gentlemen of Distinction Social Club, where he was affectionately known as "Magnum." His passion and leadership inspired him to establish the Ladies and Gentlemen of Distinction Club, through which he created lifelong friendships and unforgettable journeys around the world.

Frank's greatest joy was his family. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: April Forte, Frank (Felicia) Blue III, Shani Blue, Troy Blue, and Vincent Stroud; his bonus children: Amber White, Orlando, and Maurice Forte; his siblings: Barbara Johnson, Barry Blue, and Kimberly (J.D.) Moses, and Wendell (Janie) Blue; 15 beloved grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, and longtime friend, Diane Irby.

Frank will always be remembered for his strength, humor, and the love he generously shared with everyone who knew him. His legacy of family, friendship, and community will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 2:00 pm until 3:30 pm, on  Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation,  beginning at 3:30 pm. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.
