Frank Davis Beal III was born June 6, 1953 in Covington, Kentucky to the late Joanne Elizabeth Claxton (Beal) and Frank Beal Jr. Frank was a graduate of Holmes Sr. High School in Covington, Kentucky, Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky, and graduated with his Masters of Divinity at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Frank served in the United States Navy for fifteen years where he became a Chief in operations of intelligence. In 1986 he was called into the ministry where he served an Apostle, where he pioneered his first church, Arise and Shine Christian Center, then served as Pastor at Sapulpa Victory Christian Center, Word Alive, and Gospel missionary Church. He did missionary work abroad and was able to oversee six churches. He was a director at NorthKey Community Care Center where he retired. Gospel Missionary Church is where he pastored with Reverend Diane Beal. Frank departed his earthly home on November 28, 2015. He leaves to cherish all the wonderful memories: His beloved wife of 37 years, Reverend Diane Beal; He was a loving Father to his son Justin (Rhonda) and his daughter Rachel (Howard). He had three grandchildren, Mia, Jalen and Juleea. He was brother to Pierre D. Beal (Debra), Charles E. Beal, Estolia L. Beal, Simmone E. Johnson (Curtis), David A. Beal, Francine L. Beal, Allie Tee Beal (Kenneth), Rhonda L. Tuggle (Melvin) and Reshaunda L. Beal;Uncle Sonny Claxton, Cousins Rae, Kelly, Lisa, Jill and Wendy; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, December 5, 2015, at St. Mark AME Zion Church, 9208 Daly Road , Cincinnati (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow Kentucky State Veterans Cemetery North in Williamstown, Kentucky.
