Frank Alexander was born October 22, 1937 in Burmingham, Alabama to the late Idell Alexander and his brother James Sr. Alexander.

Frank was a loving, hardworking and dedicated father to everything he did. He served in the US Army several years and was a veteran to our country. Frank moved to Cincinnati, Ohio in 1950s with his wife Mary Frances Alexander and later married in 1951. Together they had four beautiful children, Phyllis, Rhonda, Tony, Tonya. He served many years working through Greyhound and Metropolitan where he later retired. Together they walked in faith of God at New Friendship Baptist church for 20 plus years.

Followed behind he leaves his wonderful wife Mary Frances Alexander and four children, Phyllis and family, Rhonda and family, Tony and family, and Tonya and family. And all his devoted family and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, August 15, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

He will be laid to rest at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
