Forrest Duke Smith III, age 61, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 19, 1958, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, February 20, 2020, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.
