IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Felton Benny
Orlando Williamson
July 6, 1960 – March 18, 2025
Felton Benny Orlando Williamson was born on Wednesday, July 6th, 1960, to the late Willie C. Smith and Lucille Johnson in Cincinnati, Ohio. On Tuesday, March 18th, 2025, Felton departed this life peacefully, embraced by God's love. He was preceded in death by his father, Willie C. Smith, and his mother-in-law, Gloria Hooper.
Felton leaves behind a devoted family: his beloved mother, Lucile Johnson of Cincinnati; his cherished wife, Jacqueline Hooper Williamson; his loving children—daughter Brittany Sniezak, her husband Dan, and their daughter Myla of Missouri; son Brennan Curtis, his wife Desiree, and their children Romeo, Tatiana, Jodi, and Kozo of Phoenix, Arizona; and daughter Aleema. He also leaves behind his siblings: Latondia and her husband Ronald Jones of Cincinnati, April Johnson, Yulondia Johnson, Willie Frank Johnson, Shawn Robinson and his wife Sandy Robinson of Cincinnati, Corrina Johnson, and the late Francine Johnson. His grandmother, Odessa Williamson, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, treasured friends, and in-laws will forever hold him dear in their hearts.
Felton was a faithful member of the First Church of God in Christ for five years. He was a loving husband, father, and provider who adored his family deeply. Felton also had a profound appreciation for the beauty of nature and the great outdoors. Known for his dashing white outfits and the joy he took in admiring his handsome reflection, Felton's humor brought laughter and light into the lives of those who knew him. He had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel special and welcome.
A proud graduate of South Philadelphia High School, Felton's professional career included work as a security guard in a gated community. However, his true passion lay in filmmaking, where he thrived, while working alongside famous actors and actresses. His vivid imagination could transform the darkest environments into spaces filled with light and inspiration. Felton's creative spark and dynamic presence were truly unforgettable.
Though Felton suffered in silence and faced life's challenges with unwavering courage, his spirit remained unbroken. God saw Felton's weariness and, knowing a cure was not to be, wrapped him in His loving arms and whispered, "Come with Me." Felton tried valiantly to remain with us, but God lovingly freed him from his pain and brought him home.
Felton's life was a testament to resilience, creativity, and unconditional love. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who have had the privilege of knowing him.
