Felicia Anita Watts-Blythe was born to the union to the late Johnnie B. Watts Sr and Jeanette Watts on July 25, 1961 at St. Elizabeth Hospital. She gave her life to Christ at an early age while attending Macedonia Baptist Church in Covington, Kentucky. She was a member of United Christian Church, where Rev. Charles T. Gaines is the Pastor. Felicia graduated from the following schools: Holmes High School Southern Ohio College of Business Northern Kentucky University She was preceded in death by her father on December 1, 2000, Johnnie B.
