Eunice Dockery, age 89, passed away peacefully on July 3, 2026. She was born on September 6, 1936, and lived a life defined by faith, hard work, kindness, and devotion to her family and community.

Eunice attended Hughes High School, where she began building the strong character and lifelong values that would guide her throughout her life. She was a faithful and devoted member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, where her unwavering faith and love for the Lord were evident in the way she lived and served others.

For many years, Eunice worked as a Sales Associate at Walmart. She was known for her warm smile, friendly spirit, and dedication to helping customers and supporting her coworkers. Her work ethic and caring personality left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Eunice will be remembered for her gentle heart, steadfast faith, and the love she shared with her family, friends, church family, and all whose lives she touched. Her legacy of compassion, resilience, and grace will continue to inspire those who knew and loved her.

She leaves behind cherished memories that will forever be held close in the hearts of her loved ones. Though she will be deeply missed, her family finds comfort in knowing that she is at peace and reunited with her Heavenly Father.

Eunice was preceded in death by her husband Edrolin Docker Sr.; daughter Brenda Joyce Dockery.

She leaves to cherish her memory Edrolin Dockery Jr.; daughter Niesha Dockery; sister Angela Dockery; a very special friend Marita Hatcher; and a host of grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the Mt Carmel Baptist Church, 3101 Riverside Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45226, Cincinnati (45226). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Baltimore Pike Cemetery, 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
