Obituary
Eugene M. Phillips Jr., age 23, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born October 24, 1997, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm, on Saturday, October 23, 2021, at the House of Hope (Former location of New Prospect Baptist Church), 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati (45202). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 1:00 pm.
In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
