It is with deep sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Eugene James Brooks, age 78, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on December 21, 1945, in Clarksville, Tennessee.

The family will observe private services.
