Etta Lavonn Tapke, age 42, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born June 20, 1972 in Dayton, Ohio. Visitation is from 6:00 pm until 7:00 pm, on Saturday, May 16, 2015, at the Walker Chapel, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy (45231).
