Ethel Lee Foster, age 88, passed away on Friday, September 29, 2017 in Cincinnati , Ohio. She was born October 17, 1928, in Tallassee, Alabama. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, October 6, 2017, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
