Ethel L. Babcock, age 82, passed away Friday, December 1, 2017, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born August 6, 1935, in Covington, Kentucky. The Graveside Service will be on December 27, 2017 beginning at 11:00 am at Vine Street Hill Cemetery. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
