Ernest Eugene Hart, age 58, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016. He was born June 23, 1957, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, March 18, 2016, at New Vision United Methodist Church, 4400 Reading Road, Cincinnati (45229).
