Eric Scroggins, age 23, passed away Monday, March 16, 2015, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born February 7, 1992 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, March 27, 2015, at the House of Hope Formerly New Prospect Baptist Church (Old Location), 1829 Elm Street, Cincinnati (45202).
