Emma Jean Brown, age 61, passed away on Friday, September 30, 2016 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born December 19, 1954, in Cincinnati, Ohio. The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
