Eltray James Bell, age 73, of Cincinnati, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.  He was born April 5, 1947 in Athens, Alabama.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, April 24, 2020, at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (Corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati  (45229).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
