Elmira K. Harper, age 87, passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born August 25, 1931 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, June 22, 2019, at the Walker Life Celebration Center - McMILLAN STREET CHAPEL, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
