Ella Louise Mackey, age 75, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016, in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born April 7, 1940, in Cincinnati, Ohio. Gathering from 3:30 pm until 4:00 pm, on Monday, February 15, 2016, at the Walker- Walnut Hills Chapel, 1025 E. McMillan Street , Cincinnati (45206).
