Elcie Combs, age 87, passed away on Friday, October 26, 2018, in Franklin,  Ohio.   She was born  July 12, 1931 in Manchester, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at the Walker Funeral Home - Butler County, 532 S. Second Street, Hamilton  (45011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
