It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Effie Carlean Dailey , age 71, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 18, 2022, in Hamilton, Ohio. She was born on May 5, 1951, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, December 29, 2022 at Baltimore Pike Cemetery , 3200 Costello Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45211.
