Edwin Frederick Kagin Jr Edwin Kagin passed away March 28, 2014. Born November 26, 1940, in Greenville, SC, he was the son of the late Rev. Edwin Frederick Kagin and Mary Stewart Kagin. Mr. Kagin attended Wooster College in northern Ohio for several years before graduating from Park College in Missouri. He graduated in 1972 from law school at the University of Louisville and became a defense attorney. Outside of his work, Mr. Kagin enjoyed travel, camping and collecting eccentric things. Mr. Kagin was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Kagin, on February 17, 2010. He is survived by sons Steve Kagin of Cummings, Kan., and Eric Kagin of Louisville; daughters Heather Kennedy of San Francisco and Kathryn Cohan of Louisville; stepdaugher Caroline Good of Northside; sisters Mary Kramer of Jeffersonville, Ind., and Roberta Kagin of Minneapolis; and five grandchildren.
