Interment Walnut Hills Cemetery. Edward Dean White, affectionately known as Daddy White, was born September 14, 1935 to the late Buford, Sr. and Bessie Lee White in Pulaski, Tennessee. After relocating to Cincinnati, he met and was joined in Holy Matrimony to the late Dannie Mae White March 14, 1960. To this union four children were born blessing them with eight children. He confessed Jesus Christ as his personal Savior as a young boy in Pulaski, Tennessee. As an adult he united with Greater New Light Baptist Church under the pastorate of the late Fred L. Shuttlesworth and later Rev. Harold Bester. In 2006, he became a faithful member of Victory Cathedral/Mt. Olive Holy Temple under the leadership of Rev. Steven Bester. He was devoted and very proud of his Pastor. Mt. Olive became one with Overflow Ministries Covenant Church under Apostle Bennie Fluellen. As this happened, his health began to fail. He often played church teaching CD's inviting others to listen with him. He loved Apostle demonstrations and practical teachings about having an intimate relationship with God and family. This gave him great strength and encouragement to fight to live life to the overflow. He was an excellent professional landscaper. He is known for several landscaping sites around Cincinnati, including University of Cincinnati, Procter and Gamble, Cincinnati Recreation Centers, and General Hospital. He was a very humble God fearing man and helped everyone he could. He was known in the neighborhood and all the children loved him. He had a great sense of humor and loved to tell jokes and riddles. He had a deep concern about God's people. He was preceded in death by his wife, Dannie Mae White; parents, Buford Sr. and Bessie Lee White; siblings, Buford, Jr., Robert Lewis, James Edward and Rena Lee White, Mary Korrine Jones; son, Anthony James Hill.
