Edward Walters passed away May 16, 2014 at the age of 54. He was born in Jamaica on March 2, 1960. Edward Bryon Walters was born in Jamaica on March 2, 1960 to the parents of Albertha and Mortimer Walters. Edward is the middle child of five children. Edward attended Ardenne High School in Jamaica and the University of Cincinnati in USA where he majored in a Business Degree. Edward loved music, baseball and soccer. He was one of the greatest soccer players amongst his peers in Jamaica. He was lovingly known as 'Teddy Reds'. He played soccer at a few clubs in Cincinnati with several trophies to his name. Edward has always been a free spirited man and he met no strangers. Edward leaves to cherish his memories: his daughter, Camike and granddaughter, Keira Brown; his mother, Albertha Walters; three sisters, a brother and a host of nieces, cousins, relatives and friends. Edward is joined in eternal life by his father, Mortimer Byron Walters. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 29, 2014 at the House of Prayer, 6508 Vine Street, Cincinnati, 45217 with the visitation from 10:00 am until 11:00 am.
