Obituary

CONWAY, Edward M. Edward M. Conway Requiem High Mass will be sung at 9 a.m. tomorrow in St. Margaret Mary Church, North College Hill, for Edward M. Conway, cafe owner, who died suddenly at his home, 6827 Bake Avenue., North College Hill Friday. The Mt. Healthy Fraternal Order of Eagles, of which Mr. Conway was a member, will hold services at the Hawthorne funeral home, Mt. Healthy, at 8 p.m. today. Burial will be in St. Josephs New Cemetery. A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Conway, who was 42 years old, was a member of the Knights of St. John and the North College Hill Civic Club. Surviving him are his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Lorenz Conway; two sons, Richard and Edward Conway Jr.; two daughters Evelyn and Mary Jane Conway and a grandson. Mr. Conway was a lifelong resident of Cincinnati and a member of Knights of St. John, Eagles and North College Hill Civic Club. He leaves his widow, Mrs. Dorothy Conway; two sons Edward M. and Richard R. Conway both at home; two daughters, Miss Mary Jane Conway, at home, and Mrs. Evelyn Ducker, of North College Hill; a grandson, Carlos M. Ducker; two sisters Mrs. Robert Meyer and Mrs. Elmer Wolfensperger, and four brothers Frank, Walter, William and Robert Conway, all of Cincinnati. Requiem High Mass will be intoned at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Margaret Mary Church, North College Hill, with burial in St. Joseph Cemetery Eighth street and Nebraska avenue. The James E. Hawthorne Funeral Home is in charge.
