Edward Louis Carter Sr., age 71, of Newport, passed away on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, in Elsmere,  Kentucky.   He was born  March 19, 1949, in Youngstown, Ohio.

Loving father of Marlan Gary and Deana Marie Taylor.

Visitation is from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm, on  Saturday, July 18, 2020, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 3:00 pm.
