Edna Frances Bowman , age 65, of Cincinnati, passed away on Sunday, February 9, 2020, in Blue Ash, Ohio. She was born November 1, 1954, in Cynthiana , Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, February 22, 2020, at the Bethel Baptist Church - Alms Place, 2712 Alms Place, Cincinnati (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
