Eddie Wilcox, age 75, passed away peacefully on January 7, 2014. He was born September 6, 1938, in Cincinnati. Funeral Services will be conducted at noon on Saturday, January 18 at Bethel No. 2 Apostolic Pentecostal Church, 2319 Quebec Road, Cincinnati (45214). Visitation one hour prior to service. Eddie Wilcox Sr. was born September 6, 1938 to the late Willie Wilcox and Laura Dikes in Cincinnati, Ohio. Eddie Wilcox was a great loving man. A wonderful father of eight children. A great husband to the late Huberta Abernathy Wilcox. Eddie attended Woodward High School, graduated! He later attended Cincinnati Technical College majoring in Roofing. He worked for Roofers Union Local 42 for 32 years and retired. Spending the rest of his time with his wife and family. He leaves to mourn: one brother, Albert Wilcox; two sisters, Mattie Wills and Mildred Hamilton; eight children, Eddie Wilcox, Jr. Terrill Wilder, Anthony Wilcox, Cynthia Wilcox, Ronald Wilcox, and Dimitrius Wilcox; 22 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
