Eddie Charles Reese was born in Carrollton, Georgia, on October 24, 1956, to the late Freddie Roy Reese Sr. and Lizzie L. Reese. He departed his life early Monday morning, on October 16, 2017, at Bethesda Butler County Hospital at the precious age of 60 years old. Eddie was a 1975 graduate of Garfield Senior High School. At an early age he was baptized at Pilgrim Baptist Church, later fellowshipping at various churches throughout the city. Eddie enjoyed sports, drawing pictures, music, dancing, singing and hanging out with his buddies. He also enjoyed reading the bible. He also worked as a landscaper. Eddie will be sadly missed. He was preceded in death by his father, Freddie Roy Reese Sr., and sister, Clarissa Reese-Folmar. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted mother, Lizzie L. Reese; his brothers, Fred Reese (Nola), and Robert Reese of Hamilton, Ohio; and Phillip Reese (Deborah) of Colerain Township; his sisters, Gerrine Reese of Hamilton, Ohio and Melissa McGirt of Greensville, South Carolina; as well as a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Monday, October 23, 2017, at the Pilgrim Baptist Church - Hamilton, 711 S. 4th Street, Hamilton (45011). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery - Hamilton , 1602 Greenwood, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.
