Eddie Louis Cook Jr., age 57, passed away on Friday, October 18, 2019. He was born November 17, 1961 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Saturday, November 2, 2019 at the Walker Event Center, 3939 Reading Road (corner of Reading and Paddock), Cincinnati (45229). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, 45206.
