Dwyne Josepf Youngblood, age 56, of Cincinnati, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, August 22, 2021, in Cincinnati, Ohio.   He was born July 22, 1965, in San Bernardino, California.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, September 10, 2021, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue , Mt. Healthy  (45231).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery, 11200 Princeton Pike, Springdale, Ohio 45246.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.
