Dwight David Eisenhower Blum, age 61, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. He was born February 2, 1958.
Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, July 20, 2019 at 11:30am at the State Avenue United Methodist Church, 690 State Avenue, Cincinnati, OH 45204. A Repast Luncheon will follow.
