Dwayne S. Washington, age 56, passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born April 29, 1962 in Covington, Kentucky.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on  Wednesday, March 20, 2019 at the Walker Funeral Home - WALNUT HILLS CHAPEL, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Union Baptist Cemetery, 4933 Cleves Warsaw Pike, Cincinnati, Ohio 45238.
