Dwayne Maurice Fagan April 18, 1960 - July 15, 2022
It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Dwayne Maurice Fagan, age 62, of Covington, Kentucky, who entered eternal rest on Friday, July 15, 2022, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on April 18, 1960, in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Saturday, July 30, 2022, at the House of Hope, 1829 Elm Street , Cincinnati (45202). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
