Dwayne Scott Carter, age 57, passed away on Saturday, May 18, 2019.  He was born January 31, 1962, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, June 8, 2019, at the Walker Life Celebration Center, 1025 E. McMillian St, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
