Duane Ronald Neal was born August 31, 1959, in Cincinnati, Ohio. to Willie Ruth Neal and Albert Neal. He departed this life on July 18, 2020 in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Duane graduated from Taft High School.
His mother Willie Ruth Neal preceded him in death.
He leaves to mourn his loss his daughter Unique Mascus; four grandchildren; two sisters, Geraldine Neal and Beverly Craig and a host of other relatives and friends.
