DOVIE CONELIUS ARMSTRONG MS. DUKE Dovie Cornelius Armstrong, age 76, passed away Monday, September 22, 2008, in Cincinnati, Ohio. She was born December 14, 1931, in Birmington, Alabama. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:30 am, on Saturday, September 27, 2008, at the New St. Paul Baptist Church, 1907 Freeman Avenue, Cincinnati (45214). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:30 am. Interment will follow Baltimore Pike Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
