It is with sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Douglass A Brooks Jr., age 51, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  who entered eternal rest on Friday, September 23, 2022, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born on August 28, 1971, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Thursday, September 29, 2022, at the Walker Funeral Home - Walnut Hills Chapel, 2625 Gilbert Avenue, Cincinnati  (45206).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
