Dorothy Ann Cobb was born on January 16, 1936 to the late Cynthia A. and Larry Rudolph Sr. She was oldest of four children. She departed this life Saturday, November 19, 2016. Dorothy accepted Christ at a young age. Dorothy worked for Job Corp for many years, from which she later retired. Dorothy was proceeded in death by her loving parents; Cynthia A. and Larry Rudolph Sr., brother; Larry Rudolph Jr., sister; Mary E. Nelson, son; Charles Cobb, grandson; Stanley Cobb and nephew; Myron E. Riley Jr. She was loving, kind hearted and a selfless woman, always greeted you with her beautiful smile. She never met a stranger. She loved cooking and spending time and taking care of her family, adopted family and friends. She was always willing to help those in need, rather it was a kind word, a place to lay your head, something to eat or an encouraging word. There was no measure to her love and kindness. Dorothy leaves to cherish her precious memories; her loving sister; Cynthia V. Carter, children; Gwendolyn Cobb, Robert Cobb, Katherine (Frank) Malone, Neet (Nalea) Cobb, Regina Cobb, Mark (Gayle) Cobb, nieces; Lisa (John) Gibson, Elaine (Anthony) Smith, Tawana Carter, Mary (Lonnie) Wiley, Carolyn Rudolph, and Cynthia Pinkston, nephew; Anthony Rudolph, and a host grandchildren; great-grandchildren, nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Monday, November 28, 2016, at the New Prospect Baptist Church , 1580 Summit Road, Cincinnati (45237). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Walnut Hills Cemetery, 3117 Victory Parkway, Cincinnati, Ohio 45206.
