Dorien Consuelo Fairbanks , age 46, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Wednesday, May 12, 2021, in Montgomery,  Ohio.   She was born  July 5, 1974, in Cincinnati, Ohio.

A gathering of family and friends is from 2:00 pm until 2:30 pm on Tuesday, June 1, 2021 at the Walker Funeral Home, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy, 45231.  The memorial service will immediately follow the gathering beginning at 2:30 pm . Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
