Dante Maurice Carter was born October 21, 1983 In Yokosuka Japan to the parents of Ava  Joyce King and Jonathan Pavy. He departed this life on August 4, 2018.

Dante's parents were in the Navy, which caused him to travel a lot. Upon returning to the states he attended school in Norfolk and Cincinnati.  Dante had a love for drawing and he became a tattoo artist (King Ink) inking people from Virginia, up and down the eastern seaboard to Cincinnati.  Dante also had a passion for motorcycles and was a member of a motorcycle club.

He leaves to cherish his memory his wife Jacqueline Carter, his mother Ava Joyce King, his father Jonathan Pavy, and stepfather Vincent King. His sisters Lakeisha Rogers and her husband Bryce,Twinkle Williams of Canada, Cheryl Cogburn and Vixxen Pavy of Seattle, and his brother Patrick from Trinidad and Tobago. His daughters D'Maia, D'Asia, Skyler and son Germaine together with his aunts, uncles and lots of friends and relatives.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Saturday, August 11, 2018, at the House of Joy, 5918 Hamilton Avenue, Cincinnati  (45224).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am.
