Donna Kay Douglas, age 73, of Hamilton, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020, in Forest Park, Ohio.   She was born January 7, 1947 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on  Friday, November 27, 2020, at the House of Deliverance, 333 South 2nd Street, Hamilton  (45011).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 11:00 am. Everyone attending must wear a mask and practice social distancing .

Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, 1602 Greenwood, Hamilton, Ohio 45011.

In keeping with the Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions masks are required in order to enter  the service and social distancing must be practiced.  Please be prepared to comply for the safety of all.
