Donald  Whaley, age 80, of Cincinnati, Ohio,  passed away on Friday, December 17, 2021, in Cincinnati,  Ohio.   He was born  November 27, 1941, in Williamson, West Virginia.

Visitation is from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Thursday, December 23, 2021, at the Emmanuel Temple Apostolic Church, 1585 Compton Road, Cincinnati  (45231).

In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask and practice social distancing.
