It is with profound sadness we announce the heavenly transition of Donald Richard Rice, age 70, of Moscow, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Saturday, December 27, 2008, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Thursday, April 14, 1938, in Spencer, Indiana.
