Donald Kenneth Lowe was born on March 17th. 1952, from the union of John William and Josephine (Hergins) Lowe. Both resided in Cincinnati, Ohio. Donald was the eighth of fourteen children. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers (John Alexander and Timothy Lowe). Donald received his education through the Cincinnati Public Schools. He graduated from Hughes High School. Donald was a skilled employee at a number of Jobs but was most proud of the years he spent working at Allied Moving and Storage. Donald accepted Christ at an early age. For several years he was an active member of the Church of the Assumption until his health no longer permitted. Donald married Genevieve Satterwhite Lowe on March 17th. 2001. He was a devoted husband and loving friend until he departed this life. Donald was a person who was never at a loss for words. He loved being around people, watching old cowboy movies and TV re-runs. He was outgoing, loved to dance and make everyone laugh. Donald was very giving with all and would give you whatever he had to help you. He had the opportunity to interact with several generations therefore everyone knew him and had a great memory of his life. Donald leaves to cherish his memory his devoted loving wife Genevieve Satterwhite Lowe. Six children, Antoinette McCall, Keith Satterwhite(Sheri), Pamela White, Donna White, Donald Lowe Jr., Dartanyan Baker and Tiffany Lowe. Eighteen grandchildren, twenty two great grand children. Eight Sisters, Evonne Lowe, Deloris Jones, Loraine Thomas, Gloria Jones, Joanne (Willie) Brewster, Deborah Frazier, Janette Perkins, Carol (Larry Joe) Malachi. Three brothers Ralph Lowe, Pastor Gregory (Barbara Lowe), Curtis (Ruth Ann) Lowe. Two Step-sisters, Savada Howard, Martina Harmon and one Aunt Elizabeth Cade, long time friend George Satterwhite and beloved pet 'Corky'. With a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation is from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at the Saint Mark A.M.E Zion Church, 9208 Daly Road, (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 10:00 am. Interment will follow Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
