It is with profound sadness that we announce the heavenly transition of Donald Butler Sr., age 88, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 23, 2026, in Cincinnati, Ohio. He was born on Saturday, April 9, 1938, in Hazelwood, Ohio.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 9:00 am until 10:00 am, on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at the First Baptist Church of Hazelwood, 11085 Centennial Drive, Cincinnati (45242-2903). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 10:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy he leaves behind.

He will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Memorial Park, 10209 Plainfield Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45241.
