Dominique Pankey, age 28, of Fairfield, Ohio,  passed away on Thursday, June 17, 2021.  He was born June 19, 1992, in Fairfield, Ohio.

Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on  Tuesday, June 29, 2021, at the House of Hope, 1829 Elm Street , Cincinnati  (45202).   The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. In keeping with CDC Covid19 Guidelines, we encourage those who are not fully vaccinated to wear a mask.

Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery, 4521 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio 45232.
