At the age of 58, on January 20, 2026, at 1:11 a.m., Dolly Lucille Hill peacefully entered eternal rest. Her passing leaves a profound sorrow in the hearts of all who knew and loved her, yet her life remains a blessing and a lasting testament to faith, love, and selflessness.

Dolly Lucille Hill was born July 3, 1967, to her devoted parents, Paul Young and Lila Mae Hill, who raised her with strong values rooted in faith, perseverance, and compassion. A woman of unwavering faith, Dolly lived her life as a committed Christian, guided by grace and a sincere desire to serve others.

Family was the cornerstone of Dolly's life. She possessed a generous spirit and lived by an open-door policy, always willing to help those in need. Whether offering a warm meal, a place to rest, or her last dollar, Dolly gave freely and without expectation. Her kindness and hospitality touched countless lives.

Dolly found immense joy in spending time with her granddaughters, creating cherished memories through laughter, cooking, and playful moments. She appreciated life's simple pleasures, including cookies-and-cream ice cream, grape pop, Tahitian Treat, and a double-decker sandwich from Camp Washington Chili. She also enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends, turning everyday moments into meaningful experiences.

Music was an important part of Dolly's life. She loved listening to New Edition, Michael Jackson, and classic old-school music. In her quiet moments, she found comfort in watching her favorite television program, Walker, Texas Ranger. Her favorite holidays were the Fourth of July, when she delighted in fireworks, and Christmas, which she enjoyed celebrating with music and decorations.

Dolly was known for her strength, determination, and resilience. She faced life's challenges with courage and perseverance, never allowing obstacles to define her. Honest, loving, and straightforward, she possessed a genuine spirit that illuminated every room she entered. Her compassion and care left a lasting impact on all who were blessed to know her.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul Young and Lila Ruby Mae Hill, and siblings, Burnett Hill and Robert Hill.

Dolly leaves to cherish her memory her five children, Leonard, Venice, Shirri, Elliott, and Dominic; her two beloved granddaughters, Angeliya and Amarah; her siblings, Mary, Willie (Tosha), Vanessa "Poochie", Venice "Tiny" (Reggie), Lucius "Lou" (Wendy), Helen (Edwin), and Paul; along with a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, extended family members, and friends.

Though our hearts are heavy, we give thanks to God for the life and legacy of Dolly Lucille Hill. Her love, faith, and unwavering strength will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from 10:00 am until 11:00 am, on Friday, February 6, 2026, at the Walker Funeral Home - Mt. Healthy, 7272 Hamilton Avenue, Mt. Healthy (45231). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation, beginning at 11:00 am. Friends and family will gather to share memories, find solace in one another's company, and honor the legacy she leaves behind.

She will be laid to rest at Vine Street Hill Cemetery, 3701 Vine Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45220.
